Susan from Serene Vacations was an amazing tour director and helped plan a personalized, wonderful vacation to Sri Lanka for our family. She was patient with the many itinerary changes I requested and was always quick to respond, professional and helpful. All the details were well taken care for us and she made it a fantastic experience. Susantha was our driver. I would recommend him to anyone. He was experienced, kind and knowledgeable and got us to all destinations making sure we were on time and schedule. When we needed to attend Sunday Mass, he researched and drove there the night before to make sure the location and mass times worked so we could get to church on time the next morning. He was kind and patient with our kids, always helping with luggage, speaking for us when dealing with vendors and hotels and optional excursions. He was always upbeat, ready to go each morning and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and having fun. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you Serene Vacations!

My 9-day tour of beautiful Sri Lanka with Serene Vacations was just amazing. Organising the itinerary with Dinesh was quite seamless and he adjusted it according to my preferences in terms of accommodation, activities and pace. My tour guide and driver, Isuru, was great! Besides being a very skilful driver (definitely a must-have especially up on the highlands area), he was attentive and constantly adjusting the activities to my taste and preferences. We cracked quite a few jokes while listening to Sinhalese upbeat songs on the road. Thank you very much, Isuru! I certainly had a fantastic time in Sri Lanka, thanks to these gentlemen. Our personally curated 2 week trip to Sri Lanka was fantastic, easy to arrange and worked seamlessly. It was a memorable trip indeed, the trip was personalized, Susan made sure that all our requests were met, including our 12 years old son’s request of staying at a tree house ( we stayed at (Lepords nest ) so that we can enjoy the trip as a family. The trip was well planned and coordinated so that there are no delays or hiccups, from receiving us from the airport to booking the entrance tickets or making reservations, till dropping us off at the end of the trip, it all went well as it was planned with out any hiccups. We just had to get ready and show up on time. The vehicle we travelled was very spacious and comfortable, our guide Dasun made sure we were comfortable during our trip for the total of 11 days. He was professional and provided guidance and support when needed. The hotels Susan had chosen were comfortable and made our tip memorable. We toured across the country (pearl of the Indian ocean) nonstop for 11 days and only wished if we could see more of the beautiful island. We booked our Srilankan tour through Serene. It was very easy to deal with Susan and she did get us good deals with the hotels. Susan was patient with the changes and advised us well. Sri Lanka is a fantastic country with so much to offer. I was recommended to use Serene Vacations from my family. Susan & Dinesh did not disappoint- In fact it was truly 1st Class & all the details landed perfectly. We(family of 4 from London)had an eleven day tour which was packed full of fun & done at a comfortable pace. Highlights included the train ride from Newark Eliya to Demodara & Tribe Yala. Beach fantastic (Pasikuda) - tea plantations- Safari - plus much more...so many beautiful memories. Susan was very responsive to all our needs & questions & sometimes last minute changes.. Our Driver Dasun was great, made us feel comfortable, safe & got us everywhere on time. The choice of Hotels spot on to our needs. I will recommend Serene Vacations to my friends & wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Susan took the hassle out of our holiday & at a very fair price! A 5 star vacation. Highly recommend!!
